Common questions
Do you handle one-off loads or only contracts?
Both. Spot loads are welcome, and recurring lanes get priced as programs so you get consistent rates and carriers.
Do you cover the whole country?
Yes — all 48 states, plus Canada and Mexico. Our deepest carrier relationships are Midwest ↔ Southeast and anything moving into Florida, where our outbound Florida freight gives carriers a paid trip home.
How do I get updates?
Proactive check calls and status updates through delivery, then POD with the invoice.
